Impress Designs has little control over the availability of blank goods. For that reason back orders are handled as individual orders. If you request to run a decoration order before all goods arrive, your price breaks and setups will be adjusted on both the original order as well as your back order. This is the case whether we are purchasing your goods, or you are supplying your own items.
3 Options on back ordered apparel exist:
- You may elect to have the pieces removed from the order. in this case we will remove the pieces.
If your order falls to a lower price break, the new price break will become affected. - You may substitute other items on your order.
Your order may be delayed based on the arrival date of the substituted items. Your base decoration pricing will not change so long as you use a similar item. - You may elect to have your order produced now with what we have and then produce the other items upon arrival.
Your order pricing may change on both the original and newly created back order based on pricing breaks. You will also be responsible for setup additional charges or VAS minimums on the additional back order.
