Impress Designs typically operates on a standard 7-10 day turn time on basic screen print, & embroidery orders. Turn times start when all goods are received, art has been approved, and your order is approved. Upon request many orders can be process in 5 days for free if our schedule allows it. Faster turn times are available for a fee. Some specialty decoration methods and add on services require more time to complete. Due to the nature of apparel decoration turn times cannot be guaranteed until we received the details about you order, at which point we can quote you an approximate ship date.
If you have a firm date, you must communicate that on your purchase order. When we submit an order approval to you, you should look to see that we have applied an "IN HANDS DATE" on your order. The in hands date is the date you have to have the order delivered to you. This date is not the same as our expected ship date but is the absolute latest date an order can be delivered by.
If you order is a rush order, please consider shipping times. Often times it is cheaper to pay our rush fees to ship an order earlier and not pay expedited shipping fees, but those decisions should be evaluated by you on a case-by-case basis.
