THESE ARE NOT RECOMMENDED SIZES; THEY ARE TYPICAL MAXIMUMS!
Any design that is either, wider than 15" or taller than 16" will be charged as an oversized print.
These are the standard maximum tolerances for the printing equipment we use, but not all items will accommodate maximum tolerances.
Adult Sleeves | MOST GARMENTS 3" x 16" 3" x 20" (Oversized) LARGER SLEEVES 5" x 16" 5" x 20" (Oversized) | A production manager must approve long sleeve prints before pricing or committing to long sleeve design. While most long sleeve orders can be printed, not all will fit on the machine and work well. Items must be tested for fit in advance to see if a 5" wide print can be done, but not all items can be printed with a 5" wide logo. |
| Toddler | 5" x 12" | Not all toddler garments can be decorated. Our team should be able to help you pick out items that will work well, but if you already have items picked out that you would like printed, we may need to review a sample item to determine if it is printable. |
Youth Tops | 9" x 16" 9" x 20" (Oversized) Larger cut youth items may be able to be printed with adult sizing. | It is a good idea to use the 9" x 18" maximum format, but, if necessary, our team will consult with our production team to determine if a larger print can be applied. Larger prints my require physical samples to be evaluated before an order can be accepted. |
Adult Tops | 15" x 16" 18" x 20" (Oversized) | Please note that not all garment sizes accommodate our equipment's capability. For instance, an adult XS in most cases cannot be printed wider than 10" and generally should be 9" or less. Printing runs with a wide range of sizes may require multiple setups and production runs to give an ideal end result. |
