As a policy, Impress Designs does not typically print on 2-ply garments that are not designed for single-ply access. The nature of 2-ply garments presents some challenges in ensuring accurate and precise printing results, especially when the layers are not intended to be separated. However, we understand that some items like Jerseys may have an open bottom or construction that allows for printing as if they were single-ply items.
For 2-ply garments with a design that allows single-ply access, we are more than happy to undertake the printing process. Please note that any 2-ply printing requests will need to be approved by our production manager. This ensures that we can assess the feasibility of the printing process for the specific garment and design. Additionally, pricing for 2-ply printing will be quoted at the time of approval, taking into consideration the complexity of the artwork and the garment's construction.
