For new customers a minimum order should be 500.00 or more. The 500.00 minimum order size for a 1st time order can be waved if you have a pre-approved account. To get pre-approval an account would need to have an expected recurring order volume that is verifiable with order history,
Active customer accounts are responsible for paying for a minimum qty of decorations which varies by decoration type but are not responsible for purchasing the same qty of items.
- For instance, if a customer wants to have 6 t-shirts produced with a 1 color chest screen print, the customer would be responsible for garment price of 6 t-shirts but would pay the print minimum charge as if they were getting 12 garments printed. There is no true minimum in print, embroidery, or heat press, only minimum decoration fees. The minimum print fee is applicable per unique design. Having a chest and back would result in 12 screen print charges for the front, and 12 screen print charges on the back.
